Dear Valued Hardin Valley Animal Hospital Clients,
During this Covid-19 pandemic we at Hardin Valley Animal Hospital want to continue our deep devotion of providing you and your pets with the same high-quality care as we usually do under normal circumstances. While utilizing CDC guidelines of social distancing, wearing masks in/out of the hospital, intensive cleaning protocols and hand washing between each patient and client contact, we vow to do our very best to provide safe and healthy interactions for you and your pet.
Hours of operation and appointment scheduling options:
- We are open M/W/F 7:30a-6p, T/TH 7:30a-7p and Saturdays 8a-2p.
- We are currently utilizing the curbside approach for appointments, offering drop offs, using the free What’s App phone app and video Telemedicine doctor consults for existing clients/patients.
- We are offering house calls for our sick patients as well as end of life care for families that have not tested positive for Covid-19, not currently sick or have been sick within the last 14 days and have not traveled within the last 14 days to known hotspots in or out of the country.
- Since changes are evolving each day with this pandemic, our business hours and/or services are subject to change based on the CDC, government and state rules and regulations. We will give as much notice as possible regarding these changes and will do our absolute best to accommodate our clients without any intent of inconvenience.
